News: DKC: Tropical Freeze verkauft sich auf der Switch in der ersten Woche mehr als doppelt so oft wie die Wii U Version in ihrer ersten Woche
The latest proof as to why Nintendo is porting Wii U games over to Switch is Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze. We know the game did well in the UK, and now we have Japanese launch data. Back on the Wii U, Tropical Freeze sold 35.717 units in its launch week. The Switch version's first week amounted to 88.421 units. Yeah, I'd say that's a pretty solid increase...all thanks to Funky, of course!
